What products do you offer?

We offer a variety of handmade, darkly-inspired creations, including jewelry, accessories, and unique items that bring a little mystery and charm to everyday life. Each piece is carefully crafted by hand and designed in house.

 

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Since everything is handmade, production times may vary. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 days. Because we are reestablishing our business, there may be some occasional delays, but we'll keep you updated on your order's status. Thank you for your patience!

Do you accept custom orders?

In the near future, we will likely offer custom orders, but as we're just getting reestablished, we're keeping things simple for now. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our offerings!

Can I return or exchange my order?

Since each item is handmade, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there's an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping or a mistake on our part, please contact us within 7 days, and we will do our best to find a solution.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only offer domestic shipping, but we hope to expand to international orders in the future. We'll update our shipping options as we grow!

 

How should I care for my handmade items?

To keep your handmade pieces looking their best, we recommend storing in a dry place, and avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive moisture and extreme heat. 

Are your products available in stores?

Currently, all of our products are exclusively available online. We're focusing on getting reestablished and fulfilling orders directly from our shop, but we may consider expanding to physical locations in the future.
